Inspired by the Far East
Parker and Jules has collaborated with Charles Orchard new ‘Tales of Design’ rattan and lacquer collection as both specialise in joyful colour palettes and chic updates to design classics. Focusing on our collection called East India which takes its cue from Britain’s history as a trading nation and the enduring allure of the exotic, mythic lands of the Orient. We have pulled bold, colourful prints which chimed with Charles Orchard’s authentic offer from his long experience in the Far East.
Coromandel Flower
Their first collaboration features ‘Coromandel Flower’ an established winner from Parker and Jules, an updated block print enthused with modern colour and ‘Leopard’ a timeless textural design with attitude. Both designs are offered in 4 colour ways which can also be ordered as fabric by the metre through us to complement furniture orders.
Going forward
Parker and Jules are working on a bespoke print forCharles Orchard, a modern open scrolling chintz with ikat highlights in 3 colour ways to work across the broad spectrum of vivid colours Charles has chosen. Due for release in September 2022 - watch this space.
