Terms & Conditions

1. Terms

Acceptance of these terms is signified and implied by the customer ordering the goods either by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, online, or in writing. These terms and conditions of Parker and Jules supersede any other terms.

2. Prices

Prices shown are Trade Prices excluding VAT or Sales Taxes, which will be added at the current rate applicable to the relevant Bill To and Ship To addresses at the time of dispatch. All prices exclude freight, duties, and other customs or carrier charges as applicable. Prices shown are per unit of measure, typically Yard, Metre, and Each.

• Fabric: 3 Yards (North America) or 3 Metres (all other regions).
• Wallpaper: 3 rolls (not applicable to grass cloth).
• Borders: 5cm and 8cm = 2 rolls; 12cm = 3 rolls.
• Cushions: 1 unit.

3. Payment Terms

• 3.1 Accounts are due and payable not later than the due date defined by the payment terms stipulated on the invoice. Terms are strictly net.
• 3.2 Parker and Jules reserves the right to hold back any order if an account is overdue.
• 3.3 Credit limits are subject to review and can be adjusted at the discretion of Parker and Jules.
• 3.4 Credit terms can be terminated at Parker and Jules' discretion if terms are breached or the customer enters administration or undergoes a change of ownership.
• 3.5 Sales invoices must be paid in the currency of the invoice.
• 3.6 All bank charges for payments must be borne by the remitter.
• 3.7 Credit performance may be shared with credit reference agencies as necessary.

4. Carriage and Handling

Carriage charges will be added based on quantity, weight, number of parcels, and delivery addresses. Contact our Customer Services Team for current charges or express options.

5. Lost or Damaged in Transit

Claims for non-arrival must be made within 24 hours of receipt by email to hello@parkerandjules.com. Damaged goods or short deliveries must be signed for as such and Parker and Jules notified immediately.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates/times are approximate; no liability can be accepted for delays. Parker and Jules will endeavor to meet quoted dates/times but accepts no liability for failure to do so.

7. Title to Goods

• 7.1 Title to goods remains with Parker and Jules until paid in full.
• 7.2 Responsibility for insurance passes to the Customer on delivery acceptance.
• 7.3 Parker and Jules reserves the right to repossess goods for which payment has not been received.

8. Product Attributes, Nuances, and Variance Tolerances

Parker and Jules collections embrace natural fibres with their inherent nuances and imperfections. Tolerances for color fastness, dimensions, and shrinkage apply. Full details available upon request.

9. Inspection Before Cutting or Add-On Treatments

Inspect goods before cutting or applying treatments. Claims cannot be accepted after goods are altered.

10. Cancellation

Made-to-order goods cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

11. Returns

Returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be sent back, and costs charged to the customer.

12. Liability

Liability for defects is limited to the original purchase price of the goods.

13. Force Majeure/Delay

Parker and Jules is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including Acts of God, strikes, or regulatory actions.

Reseller Criteria

Resellers must maintain standards consistent with Parker and Jules' brand values. This includes showroom presentation, website quality, and customer service levels.
