AW2024
Birdlip
BIRDLIP is a village near us that the Cotswolds Way passes through. There is an escarpment looking out over the edge of the Cotswolds heights and these views and the paths below are ancient. The mark making on the land of human paths and agriculture inspired this cottage style print celebrating simpler times and timeless motifs.
We also looked at Nancy’s own Cotswold home and added small details that echo traditional cottage details, from the owl windows in the eaves and traditional larder doors with quatrefoil vents we made a very pretty stripe which we felt was best expressed in natural dye tones -Butter, Ice Blue, Crimson, Day Blue, Hunter Green, Plaster, Saffron, Conker and Midnight.
Basket Wave
As with Birdlip, Basket was also inspired close to home looking at the Cotswold countryside and long-established cottage crafts we thought of the rattan weavers and ancient ways of living, and the team love that these home weaving crafts, once a strong part of rural life are now being celebrated again with the strong rattan and woven revival.
Basket celebrates texture and hand worked goods in print and come in 7 colour options.
